We came here to eat on Saturday ( June 13, 26) to have a lil nice outing with our 2 year old daughter, the place was completely empty we were the only people there when we ordered our food and drinks. As we waited an older couple came in, and there waiter an Asian woman randomly walked up to us and asked Us to turn our daughters phone down which wasn’t even loud. I can only assume the older couple asked her to tell us, which made me upset because not only was her phone not even loud but it seemed not family friendly because how was it even a bother when the whole place was completely empty besides the old couple that walked in after. Our waiter a young girl didn’t even say anything to us the whole time we ordered and sat waiting. Well I guess the older couple were regulars because they talked to the Asian man by first name, so apparently they rather make the old couple who I guess are regulars happy then to make a good experience for a small family with a child. So sad because we only came here because our favorite place was packed with a long wait at Grand Prairie. I will not be coming again and will gladly wait at my favorite restaurant next time, at least over there it’s packed

This place has an amazing atmosphere, comfortable seating, and good music! I loved it from the moment I sat down, our server was amazing, attentive, answered all our questions, and kept our drinks full. I got the endless sushi dinner alongside my boyfriend and we both enjoyed it very much, I recommend the salmon and tuna nigiri as it was amazing, and the salmon almost melts in your mouth! We were both a bit disappointed with the Thai chicken satay, it’s quite dry and hard, and i would steer clear, but other than that the fish is fresh and the rolls are all amazing!

Ordered take out tonight since sho guns in East Peoria is temporarily closed. This place was an absolute disappointment and waste of $80. Chicken hibachi and the shrimp hibachi was the WORST we ever had. Dried out with no seasoning. Fried rice tastes like what'd you get for $5 at the chinease restaurant. If you ask for extra sauce in hopes of adding flavor to the bland food, they charge $1 extra for each 2oz mini container. They do a great job soaking the veggies in "colored water." Never ordering from here again. Osaka in Peoria and Sho guns in East Peoria is 10000% better and cheaper.

We visited Hokkaido and did the à la carte hot pot with the bone marrow broth—and let me tell you, that broth was pure magic. Rich, silky, deeply flavorful... if I could bathe in it, I would. Every bite just soaked up that umami goodness. The service was top-tier: kind, fast, and genuinely attentive. A standout moment? A nearby table had a peanut allergy, and the staff handled it with such care and professionalism. They walked the guests through every option with compassion and clarity, which says a lot about how seriously they take both food and customer care. We also tried some sushi—solid, especially the classic rolls like spicy tuna. But if you're planning a visit, here's the real tea: skip the standard menu. Your best bet is to stick with what they clearly do best—hot pot, hibachi, or Korean BBQ. We'll definitely be back for another round of that glorious broth.

We love hibachi and this place was no different. We really liked the atmosphere, especially the fish in the floor! Such a cool water feature. The space is clean and smells good. The service was great as well. The portions are huge even for lunch. We both got hibachi. The food was really good! It wasn’t the best hibachi I have ever had, but it was still tasty! I love that you get to choose from rice or noodles as I feel like most places don’t offer that option. The outside was confusing, I didn’t know if was walking into a hibachi place, boba tea place or hot pot space. THEY OFFER ALL! Overall, great stop.
